An anonymised implementation case note on coordinating stakeholders, facilities, technology workflows and adoption support across a multi-facility digital-health programme.
Context
The programme required digital-health adoption across facilities with different levels of technology readiness, operating practices and staff capacity. Technical enablement alone would not create consistent use.
Implementation approach
The work was organised around stakeholder alignment, facility-level readiness, workflow demonstration, issue tracking and repeated user support. Technical questions were addressed alongside operating questions so teams understood both what the system did and how it fit their work.
What required the most attention
Variation across facilities meant that a single communication or training format was insufficient. Adoption required local problem solving, clear escalation routes and regular review of where users were dropping out of the intended workflow.
Learning
Distributed digital-health programmes benefit from a common operating framework but need room for local implementation support. Progress becomes more sustainable when programme governance, technology support and facility ownership work together.
